From the beauty of Islam is the great importance and attention it awards to Muslim girls and women. It then follows that there be specific rules and guidance that Muslim women adhere to in their daily family lives, social lives, workplaces, and more.
We are currently accepting enrollments for our Muhsinaat and Quranic Studies programs.

Muhsinaat is a specially designed course with the aim of addressing every aspect of a Muslim woman’s life. These courses delivers the knowledge Muslim women need to follow the commandments of Allah in their everyday lives.
Module 1: History
Learn about the lives of dozens of pious Muslim women of the past from contributed to various aspects of social and religious life. Domains covered under these discussion include religious achievements, political achievements, education and the spread of knowledge, industry, trade, commerce, and more.
Module 2: Fiqh
This module covers the detailed jurisprudence and fiqh of tahara. Areas covered in this course include instinjā, personal hygiene, wudu & ghusl, menstruation, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, post natal bleeding, and more.
Module 3: Worships
Learn every aspect of worships in Islam that apply to women across a wide and comprehensive range of topics including salat, sadaqa, zakat, siyaam, hajj, and more.
Module 4: Adornment
This module covers the details of adornment and beautification in the life of a Muslim women. You will learn about the guidelines and allowances shari’a has placed around matters like makeup, jewelry, dying hair, cutting hair, clothing, perfumes and more.
Module 5: Family Life
Women play a vital role in the life of a Muslim family. This module will enlighten you with knowledge you need to fulfill your duties and be served your rights as a Muslim mother, sister, or daughter. You will also learn important guidelines pertaining to marriage in Islam.

Work load, assignments and tests
Quizzes and tests will take place routinely.
Revision questions and homework will be assigned on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
The student should be prepared to dedicate 2-3 hours per week outside of class to study and complete assignments.
Dedication, punctual attendance, revision, completion of homework are expected from all students.
Class recordings will only be provided if the student presents a valid reason for not being able to attend the live class.

The Sister’s Quranic Studies programs provides adult sisters the chance to study the Quran and all it has to offer, including its correct recitation and meanings.
Recitation
Regardless of what level you are at, each student will receive one-on-one time with the instructor to help learn, correct, and ameliorate their Quranic recitation.
Tajwid
A strong focus is placed on learning the correct pronunciations of the Arabic language and learning and practicing the rules of tajwid.
Translation
Students will study and learn authentic translations of the Quranic sections most commonly recited in salat, including Surah al-Fatiha and portions of the 30th juz.
Tafsir
Students will study and learn the meaning, tafsir, and lessons of the Quranic sections most commonly recited in salat, including Surah al-Fatiha and portions of the 30th juz, and more.

Work load, assignments and tests
Dedication, punctual attendance, and weekly revision are expected from all students.
Class recordings will only be provided if the student presents a valid reason for not being able to attend the live class.
Tuition/Textbooks
- Special discounts and financial aid may be available if required. Please contact us for more info.
- All religious tuition is tax-deductible.
- Fees are $50 per month for each course
- If you choose to enroll in both the above programs, you qualify for a 15% discount.
- 15% Discounts apply to students and seniors.
- If you enroll in both the above programs and are also a student or senior, your total discount will be 25%.
- Fees for at least the first month are due upon registration, and are required to confirm your enrollment.
- Please note that once a registered student passes the course withdrawal deadline, fees for the full course are due.
- Students are required to make a one-time purchase of the course texts. Prices range from approximately $5 to $17 per course. When required, additional notes/materials will be provided free-of-cost.
Attending Classes
- Due to flooding damages, all classes are currently offered ONLINE only.
Registration
- Muhsinaat classes are for sisters ages 15+. The next set of classes starts Oct 3, 2024. We are now taking new registrations.
- Quranic Studies classes are for sisters ages 16+. The next set of classes starts Oct 4, 2024. We are now taking new registrations.
